Three doorways
in.
One-to-one, in a small group, or for a slow Saturday morning. Each is shaped for mothers who have somewhere to be at 3:15pm — and for whom time is a precious resource.
This is a small practice on purpose. I take a single six-week container at a time and one circle a month — so if something here sounds right, I invite you to begin a conversation sooner rather than later.

Private Sessions
A six-week, one-to-one arc shaped around what you’re actually carrying. We meet weekly for 60 minutes. We’ll practise, we’ll talk, and every week you will leave with bitesize resources to take into the days between.
- Initial 60-minute taster session
- Five weekly 60-minute sessions
- Audio practices, recorded for your voice in your kitchen
- WhatsApp access between sessions
- A written reflection at the close

The Mothers’ Circle
A two-hour evening, monthly. Twelve mothers, candlelight, no phones. We open with a guided practice, share what we want to share (and nothing we don’t), and close with tea and something warm to eat.
- Two hours, evening
- Twelve mothers, returning and new
- A guided practice tailored to the season
- Tea, a tasty treat, slow conversation
- Confidentiality, always

Half-day Retreats
Four times a year, on a Saturday morning, a small group gathers for a half-day that begins with a walking practice in the park and ends around a long table. No phones, no childcare worries, no agenda beyond returning to yourself.
- Four hours, 9am – 1pm
- Walking meditation in Greenwich Park
- Breathwork and somatic practice
- A bite to eat from a local kitchen
- A take-home practice card
I hold sliding-scale spots in every six-week container and complimentary seats at each Mothers’ Circle, reserved for mothers on statutory maternity pay, single parents, and women referred by local perinatal services. No paperwork required — just an email.
