Mothers’ Circle · Greenwich
Twelve mothers.
One room.
Once a month, the Mothers’ Circle meets in a private space in Greenwich. No phones. No fixing. Just a guided practice, a pot of tea, and the kind of evening that loosens something in your chest.

What an evening looks like
Two hours, unhurried.
- 01Arrive
Tea is already brewing. You take a seat, you take a breath. We light a candle.
- 02Opening practice
A 20-minute guided practice — body scan, breathing exercise, or something seasonal. No experience needed.
- 03The talking part
A gentle prompt, then we go around. You speak if you want to. You pass if you don’t. Both are welcome.
- 04Closing
Something warm to eat. A blessing for the week. We’re home before late.
