Privacy, plainly.
This site asks very little of you, and what it does ask is handled carefully. Here is the whole arrangement, in plain English.
What I collect
If you write through the contact form: your name, your email, what you’re looking for, and whatever you choose to tell me.
If you request course booking updates: your name, email, chosen baby group and package, your baby’s age at the course start, how they are moving, any complimentary coaching preference and anything else you choose to share. Please avoid including medical records or other information we do not need to organise the course.
When online booking is available, the same details are used to organise your booking. Stripe handles your payment details; this website stores the payment reference, amount and payment or refund status, not your full card details.
If you join the newsletter: your email address, and nothing else.
If you book a call: the booking runs through a scheduling service (Cal.com), which handles the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
What I do with it
I use your details to reply, organise course groups, manage bookings, plan coaching availability and send the updates or confirmations you requested. An interest registration does not reserve a place or take payment.
I send the monthly letter only if you’ve asked for it. Course updates do not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Your details are not sold or added to marketing lists without your permission. Service providers help run the website: Supabase for booking records and sign-in, Resend for email, and Stripe for payments. Akilah’s private customer management system helps keep track of your bookings and follow-up requests.
What I don’t do
There are no advertising trackers on this site, no analytics that follow you around the internet, and no marketing pixels.
To protect booking availability, we keep a protected, one-way identifier derived from your network address to limit repeated unpaid attempts. Your browser tab remembers an opaque checkout reference so you can return from payment; it does not store your personal form details there.
Creating an account is not required to book. To view your booking history, you can verify your email using a sign-in link. Sign-in uses cookies to keep your account session secure.
What stays private elsewhere
What’s shared in the circle or in 1:1 sessions stays there. Always. That confidentiality matters more to me than anything on this page.
Your choices
Every letter has an unsubscribe link — one tap, no guilt trip.
If you’d like anything I hold about you corrected or deleted, email me and it’s done within a few days.
