The Mothers’ Circle.
Sit. Breathe. Belong.

Once a month, twelve mothers gather in a private Greenwich space as the evening draws in. No phones, no fixing, no pressure to be wise or well — just a warm room, a guided practice, and a pot of tea.
We sit in a circle. We breathe together. Then, if you’d like to, you speak — and if you’d rather not, you pass, and that’s welcome too. What’s shared in the room stays in the room.
You’ll leave a little lighter, a little less alone, and home before it’s late.
An evening to come back to yourself.
- 01Arrive
Tea is already brewing. You take a seat, you take a breath. We light a candle.
- 02A guided practice
Twenty unhurried minutes — breath, a body-scan, or something seasonal. No experience needed.
- 03The talking part
A gentle prompt, then we go round. Speak if you want to, pass if you don’t. Both are welcome.
- 04Something warm
We close with something warm to eat and a blessing for the week. Home before late.
I’d love to see you there.
Dates coming soon.
Twelve mothers, one candlelit room, phones away. A guided practice, a pot of tea, and the kind of honest conversation that loosens something in your chest.
